Flat screen TVs and a professional sound system are installed throughout the property. A state-of-the-art alarm system and full CCTV monitoring cover the entire estateAa safe deposit box is available in all rooms. The property operates a fully gated perimeter for complete privacy and security. A power generator ensures uninterrupted service at all times.

Professional Kitchen & Private Chef Dining

The professional-grade kitchen supports catering for 22 guests. Premium appliances including coffee facilities and a kettle in all rooms. A private chef is included as standard — preparing daily breakfast and one meal (lunch or dinner) for all guests. A server supports all included meals. A BBQ area suits alfresco dining on the terrace. The concierge arranges full private chef services for additional meals on request. A skipper with RIB is available on request for island exploration and beach hopping. Private driver service is available for transfers between the villa and Mykonos Town, beaches, and restaurants. The concierge arranges all transportation logistics throughout your stay.
