Most villa companies are booking platforms. We are not. Unique Villas Collection operates as a founder-led private office — meaning every enquiry is handled personally, every estate in our portfolio has been assessed on the ground under our Asset Integrity Protocol, and every programme is designed specifically for the individual commissioning it. We do not take unsolicited bookings from the general public for our private office service. Our principals are introduced through professional networks or direct referral. The relationship begins with a conversation, not a booking form.
Yes. A substantial portion of our portfolio is not publicly listed — the owners of these estates specifically require that their properties not appear on any booking platform or public channel. Access is available exclusively to introduced principals following an initial confidential conversation. Our portfolio covers Mykonos, Santorini, Paros, Antiparos, Ibiza, Monaco, St. Tropez, St.Barts to name a few, with particular depth in estates offering genuine privacy: secured perimeters, private water access, dedicated staff and the discretion that follows from five years of direct operational relationships with the owners themselves.
Yes. We coordinate private jet and turboprop transfers across all destinations in our portfolio — including FBO liaison, ground transport on arrival and, where relevant, medevac planning as part of the programme’s risk framework.
For superyacht charter, we work with a select group of established owners and brokers whose standards and discretion we trust, and we act as the principal’s representative throughout — not simply as an introducer. A typical Mediterranean summer programme might combine a Greek island estate with a yacht routing to Ibiza and an estate in St. Tropez for August. We design and manage the entire sequence as a single coordinated programme.
The scope depends entirely on the client programme. At a minimum, we handle estate preparation, vetted private chef sourcing and briefing, ground transport coordination and 24-hour direct contact with the founder throughout the stay. For more complex programmes, we coordinate private security teams, medical professional access, helicopter transfers, provisioning, event planning and any other operational requirement that arises. Every preference disclosed during the intake process is documented and communicated to the on-ground team before arrival. Our standard is that the individual arrives to an estate that already knows them — not one that is learning them on day one.
Privacy is an operational outcome, not a promise. Every estate in our portfolio is assessed under our Asset Integrity Protocol — a framework covering physical security and perimeter management, staff vetting and conduct standards, digital discretion, and the protocols governing who knows what about a principal’s movements and schedule. We do not disclose client identities, travel plans or programme details to any third party without explicit written consent. All communications are conducted through encrypted channels where requested. Staff and partners engaged for any programme sign confidentiality agreements as a condition of engagement. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO Reg. ZB823986) and operate under full UK GDPR compliance.
Yes. Our Caribbean portfolio covers winter season programmes from November through April, including private estates across St. Barths, Mustique and the British Virgin Islands. For principals who winter in Europe, we coordinate programmes in Monaco and the French Riviera year-round. Where a principal requires a winter mountain programme — Alps, Verbier, Courchevel or similar — we facilitate this through our established network of trusted operators who meet our operational standards. All non-Mediterranean programmes are coordinated through our UK office and held to the same Asset Integrity Protocol standards as our primary portfolio.
Yes. A number of the private estates in our portfolio are suited to intimate gatherings, family celebrations, corporate retreats and significant private events — with the space, staff infrastructure and discretion that high-profile occasions require. These are not event venues. They are private residences whose owners permit carefully managed use for specific occasions. Where a principal requires a property specifically for an event rather than a personal stay, we assess the requirement and match it to suitable estates from our portfolio and, where necessary, our wider network. All event use is subject to the owner’s prior approval and our standard confidentiality framework.

We act as the owner’s representative on the ground — overseeing staff selection and management, seasonal preparation, maintenance coordination, and rental programme management through our exclusive UHNW client base. Every managed estate operates under our Asset Integrity Protocol. We represent a deliberately small number of properties so that management standards can be maintained at the level our principals expect.
