Unique Villas Collection operates as a founder-led private office. Concierge is not a department. Furthermore, it is the operational expression of everything the office does — the network of trusted specialists, vetted suppliers, and on-ground contacts that makes a private estate feel as though it anticipated you, rather than accommodated you.
The services described on this page are available as part of a private estate stay, as standalone programme elements, or as components of an annual travel office retainer. There is no fixed package and no published price list. Everything is discussed, designed, and priced specifically for each client and their programme.
Arrival and Estate Preparation
The quality of an arrival sets the register for everything that follows. Consequently, we coordinate every element of the transition from travel to residence — so that our clients arrive to a property already running at their standard, not one configuring itself around them.
Pre-arrival briefing
We brief staff on the client’s preferences, dietary requirements, medical considerations, and security requirements before anyone sets foot on the property. Nothing is left to be communicated on arrival.
Estate preparation and provisioning
Full property preparation covers linens, flowers, preferred groceries, welcome provisions, temperature settings, and pool condition. Moreover, we coordinate everything against your arrival time, not the housekeeper’s schedule.
Transfer coordination
Additionally, our team confirms, meets, and manages every transfer — private ground transport from airport or port, helicopter transfers where applicable, and FBO liaison for private aviation arrivals.

For principals with specific security requirements, we coordinate advance team deployment, property security assessment, and perimeter briefing prior to arrival.
Daily Life and On-Ground Services
Once our clients are in residence, the office’s role shifts to the operational rhythm of daily life. As a result, every preference is met, every request is handled before it becomes necessary to make it, and every element of the stay runs without guests being aware it is being managed.
Private chef and dining
We source and brief vetted private chefs matched to the client’s cuisine preferences, dietary requirements, and entertaining style. In addition, we manage market runs, wine selection, and private dining experiences on and off the property.
Household staff management
Our team coordinates daily housekeeping, laundry, property maintenance, and garden management around the guest’s programme — not the other way around.
Private driver and ground transport
A dedicated chauffeur service operates throughout the stay. Vehicle selection is appropriate to the destination — from armoured transfers in urban centres to open-top vehicles on island roads.
Restaurant and reservation management
We provide access to tables that are not publicly available. Our team maintains relationships with proprietors and maîtres d’ of the finest restaurants across every destination in our portfolio throughout the season.
Wellness and personal services
We coordinate private yoga instruction, personal training, massage therapy, physiotherapy, and spa services at the estate or at vetted facilities. Furthermore, our team pre-screens all practitioners before every engagement.
Personal shopping and styling
Moreover, private shopping access, styling consultations, art advisory introductions, and luxury retail coordination are available across all destinations — with or without accompaniment.

We provide exclusive access to private beaches, uninhabited islands, and marine conservation areas closed to the general public. Our team coordinates all arrangements with appropriate permits, local partnerships, and vessel support.
Archaeological and cultural access
Our office provides private after-hours access to museums, archaeological sites, and cultural institutions for all clients. Additionally, our team arranges expert-guided private tours of Delos, Akrotiri, the Acropolis, and other sites before they open to the public.
Private winery and cellar experiences
Furthermore, our team arranges estate visits to the finest vineyards in Greece, Ibiza, and the South of France exclusively for our clients. Private tastings with the winemaker, cellar tours, and bespoke wine curation for the estate are all available during the stay.

Water sports and marine programmes
Our team arranges fully equipped water sports programmes at the estate — jet skis, sea bobs, paddleboards, kayaks, freediving instruction, and private sailing tuition — with qualified instructors and safety coordination throughout.
Helicopter and aviation experiences
Scenic helicopter tours, inter-island transfers, aerial photography flights, and sunset experiences by air are all available. Moreover, our team arranges every flight with certified operators and fully briefed crews.
Art, auction and collector introductions
We arrange introductions to gallery owners, private collectors, and auction house specialists operating in the region. Private viewings, acquisition advisory support, and art logistics for pieces purchased during the stay are all coordinated directly.
Photography and film production
Professional editorial, portrait, and film photography at the estate or on location are available for clients who document their travels. Furthermore, we coordinate drone permits, crew logistics, and post-production contacts.
Children’s programming
Our team provides fully vetted childcare, activity coordination, private tutoring, sports coaching, and day programmes for younger guests. Additionally, our team background-checks all providers and briefs them on the client’s requirements in advance.
Private events and celebrations
Our team designs and executes intimate celebrations, milestone birthdays, anniversary dinners, private concerts, and gatherings within the estate or at curated external venues. Everything is managed with complete discretion and full production management.
Destination weddings
End-to-end coordination of private estate weddings across the Mediterranean covers venue selection, legal requirements, guest logistics, catering, entertainment, floristry, and photography. Additionally, all arrangements are held to the same standard of discretion as our principal programmes.

Specifically, our team sources vetted close protection officers and residential security teams from trusted partners with verifiable professional credentials. All personnel are deployed discreetly and briefed against the specific security profile of the principal.
Private medical access
Additionally, our team arranges dedicated private GP availability throughout the stay, maintains relationships with the best private clinics and hospitals in each destination, and coordinates medevac planning for remote properties and pharmaceutical logistics where required.
Communications security
Our office provides encrypted communications infrastructure, digital hygiene briefings for estate staff, and secure device protocols for principals who require communications security as a component of their programme.
Crisis and contingency planning
Pre-programme contingency planning covers medical emergencies, evacuation routes, weather events, and reputational incidents. Moreover, our team documents, rehearses, and makes all plans available to the principal’s security team before arrival.
How the Concierge Service Works in Practice
The process begins with a conversation. You tell us who you are, where you are going, what you require, and where relevant, what has not worked before. We design the programme from that conversation.
For principal stays within a managed estate, the founder coordinates the concierge service directly, with a dedicated on-ground contact at the estate throughout. For standalone programme elements — a private chef for one evening, a yacht transfer, a specific experience — we coordinate these independently of a full estate booking.
Clients who travel frequently across our portfolio benefit most from an annual private travel office retainer, which provides the most efficient and consistent access to our full concierge capability. Additionally, it includes priority coordination, programme archive, and a single point of contact across all destinations and all seasons.
Finally, all enquiries are replied to personally within four hours. Furthermore, all communications are treated as strictly confidential from the first contact.
