The Estate
Villa Thetis consists of four villas of 80 m² each, 320 m² of living space in total, spread through an olive grove. Each villa has two floors. The ground floor holds an open-plan living and dining area, a kitchen, a fireplace and a WC. An internal staircase leads to two bedrooms and the main bathroom. Every villa has its own patio overlooking the pool, the garden and the surrounding landscape. The property can host one family or several households at once, with each villa keeping its own kitchen and living space.

Villa Thetis has 8 bedrooms in total, two in each of the four villas, and sleeps 16–20 guests (4–5 per villa). All bedrooms are on the upper floor of each villa and share that villa’s main bathroom. Each villa also has a WC on the ground floor, which gives 4 main bathrooms and 4 WCs across the property. This layout suits several families travelling together, as each household has its own villa.

Each villa opens onto a ground-floor living and dining area. A fireplace makes the space comfortable and inviting year-round. The open-plan layout connects the living room, dining table and kitchen, so the whole group can gather in one place.

The swimming pool sits in the heart of the olive grove, and each villa’s patio overlooks it. A pool shower is available for guests. Gardens and olive trees surround the villas, creating a peaceful setting with plenty of privacy.
