Villa L’instant provides fiber-optic Wi-Fi throughout the 600 sqm estate. A Sonos audio system covers every room and outdoor terrace. Furthermore, air conditioning operates in all principal suites and bedrooms. Professional laundry equipment is available for longer stays. In addition, a video projector, snorkelling equipment, petanque balls, board games, books, a piano, and a harp are available. As a result, guests have everything they need from arrival to departure.

Professional Kitchen & Private Chef

The professional kitchen supports catering for up to 24 guests. It features top-tier appliances and expansive stone worktops. Furthermore, in-house chef Jérémy specialises in Mediterranean, gastronomic, and family-style cuisine. A grand dining table seats 18 guests indoors. In addition, a second table seats 6. The 400 sqm terrace accommodates outdoor dining for up to 30 guests. Moreover, a private chef picnic service is available for boat trips or hiking excursions.

The 400 sqm terrace hosts up to 110 seated guests for dinner or up to 150 for cocktails. Furthermore, the villa accepts private receptions, weddings, and corporate events. As a result, it is an ideal venue for extraordinary celebrations in an incomparable natural setting.

Heated Pool, Jacuzzi & Private Beach Access

The 13-metre heated swimming pool is the centrepiece of outdoor wellness at Villa L’instant. It is heated to 26°C from April to October and on request during other months. Furthermore, a year-round heated hot tub at 38°C provides a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean at any hour. In addition, a sea-view sauna and a hammam offer a complete private spa experience. A 400 sqm south-facing terrace surrounds the pool with sun loungers and lounge areas. Furthermore, a private footpath leads to a secluded turquoise beach in just 5 minutes. As a result, guests move freely between freshwater pool and the open sea.

Parking, Electric Bikes & BMW Convertible

The estate provides expansive private parking inside the gated 150-acre perimeter. The parking area accommodates multiple luxury vehicles. Furthermore, an on-site BMW convertible is available to rent. Electric bikes allow guests to explore the national park trails. In addition, transfers from Marseille Airport take approximately 30 minutes.

Housekeeping & Security

Villa L’instant provides 6 hours of professional daily housekeeping, 7 days a week. Premium linens and towels are changed regularly. The on-site team includes chef Jérémy, housekeeper Sofia, and caretaker Pierre — all highly praised in guest reviews. Furthermore, additional staff — butlers, servers, and bartenders — are available on request. In addition, the estate operates a transparent electricity metering system. Guests photograph the meter at check-in to ensure accurate billing.

Location — Cassis, Calanques & the French Riviera

Villa L’instant sits near the village of Cassis in the Calanques National Park. Cassis is one of Provence’s most beautiful coastal villages. The estate offers a 180-degree view of Cap Canaille — Europe’s second-highest sea cliff. Furthermore, the famous Calanques sea caves are accessible by boat from the private beach path. Marseille is 30 minutes away. In addition, the estate is near several prestigious Cassis vineyards producing Provence’s finest white wines.

Villa L’instant offers extraordinary on-site recreation. The 80 sqm Orangery houses a full fitness centre. Equipment includes a treadmill, rowing machine, weight station, bench, and yoga mats.
